To keep your tumbler shining for years to come, please follow these care instructions:
- Hand wash only. Do not put it in the dishwasher.
- No microwave. The epoxy coating is not microwave-safe.
- Do not soak.
- Avoid extreme heat. Don't leave your tumbler in a hot car for extended periods.
Yes! I use high-quality, food-safe epoxy resin for all trays and coasters. However, I recommend using them for serving dry foods or as decorative pieces/jewelry holders. Please do not cut directly on the resin surface to avoid scratches.
Since every item is handmade by me (and I am a one-woman show!), turnaround times vary based on the item:
- Ready-to-Ship items: typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Custom Orders: typically take 3–4 weeks.Why the wait? Custom work is a multi-step process. This timeline accounts for ordering specific materials from my suppliers (like a unique tumbler size or that perfect shade of glitter if I don't have it on hand), plus the time it takes to hand-make the item and allow the epoxy to fully cure so it’s safe to ship.
Note: If you need an item by a specific date, please message me before ordering to make sure I can make it happen!
Because of the custom nature of my work,I do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.However, if there is an issue with your order upon arrival (such as damage during shipping), please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right.
