Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or if you have simply decided you no longer want the item. Please review your order details, spelling of names, and shipping address carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, you must contact us within [48 Hours] of delivery.
- To Report an Issue: Email us at sparklesandsoar@gmail.com with your Order # and clear photos of the damage/defect.
- The Resolution: If the damage is approved as a shipping or manufacturing error, we will provide a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.
3. Handmade Disclaimer (The "Artistic Variation" Clause) Every tumbler is handmade by me in Barrie, Ontario. Because of this:
- Imperfections: Minor imperfections (such as a stray glitter flake, slight wave in the epoxy, or small bubbles) are unavoidable and are part of the charm of a handmade item. These are not considered defects.
- Colour Variations: Actual colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor resolution.
4. Custom & Personalized Orders Items that have been personalized with a name, date, or custom design cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless there was a spelling error made by us.
- Please double-check your spelling when placing an order. We copy exactly what you type.
5. Proper Care & User Responsibility Our tumblers are made with high-quality epoxy/materials, but they are not indestructible. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.
- NO Dishwasher (Hand wash only).
- NO Microwave.
- NO soaking.
- NO dropping (Epoxy can crack if dropped on hard surfaces).
- Any damage resulting from these actions is the responsibility of the customer.
6. Local Pickup Policy: If you choose "Local Pickup" in Barrie:
- Orders must be picked up within 30 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification.
- Please inspect your item before you leave the pickup location. Once the item leaves our possession, we are not liable for drops or scratches.
- Orders not picked up after 30 days will be considered abandoned and donated, with no refund given.
7. Shipping & Lost Packages Once a package is handed over to the carrier (Canada Post/UPS), we are no longer responsible for delays or lost packages. However, if your package is lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
