1. Turnaround Time (Processing Time) Good things take time! Since every item is handmade to order, please allow 2–3 weeks for us to create your custom tumbler. It may vary depending on order volume.
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Will ship within 1–2 business days.
- Custom Orders: May take longer depending on the complexity of the design. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
2. Local Pickup (Barrie, Ontario) We offer free local pickup for customers in the Barrie area.
- How to Select: Choose "Pick up" at checkout instead of shipping.
- Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready with specific pickup instructions and the address.

Flexible Hours: Pickup times are flexible to fit your schedule.
- How it works: When your order is ready, you will receive an email. We will then arrange a convenient time for a contactless porch pickup so you can grab your order at your convenience without needing to coordinate an exact meeting time.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Carrier: We ship via Canada Post (or UPS/Couriers, depending on rates).
- Tracking: All orders include tracking numbers. We do not ship via "Lettermail" (untracked) because tumblers are too fragile/thick for slot mail.
- Ontario: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Canada: 4–7 business days.
- USA: 5–10 business days (Subject to customs delays)
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Sparkles and Soar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages Sparkles and Soar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- However: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us at [Your Email] immediately so we can assist you with the process.
6. Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.
