More than a side hustle

I’ve stared at this blank page for twenty minutes, wondering how to begin. Standard advice says I should sell you on my products immediately. But I don’t want to market to you right now; I just want to be present.

My life tends to look like a split screen. On one side, I’m wearing scrubs, facing the high-stakes reality of being a nursing student and clinical extern. On the other, I’m in my studio, covered in glitter, pouring resin, and creating custom pieces.

For the longest time, I felt like I had to fracture myself to fit into these boxes. I thought the "serious medical professional" couldn't coexist with the "glittery artist."

But today, I'm letting go of that. I’m realizing that the compassion required for nursing and the passion required for creating come from the exact same well. It’s all connected.

So, you’ll see a bit of everything here. Not just sales posts, but the reality of the process—the study sessions, the crafting, and the human desire to build something beautiful while learning to heal.
